All commissions are for personal use only unless specified otherwise. If the art is to be for commercial use (merch etc.), we will discuss a percentage of price increase.
I have the right to decline any commissions requests or stop working on a commission for any reason. I will give a partial or full refund depending on the already delivered work. (You will be informed what the reason is)
If you post my work somewhere you must credit me: MoaIsMore. DO NOT claim the art as your own work.
Unless you request otherwise the commission's creation process may be, streamed, used in a YouTube video, or included in other social media content.
None of my artwork can be used as NFT's
Deadlines are determined by me. If you have a specific deadline this will be reflected in a price increase.
All prices are in EURO, please convert to your own currency.
Prices on this website are not fixed. This means that custom orders can be made and prices can change on the site.

We go over the description sent and I clear up any questions about the commission.
I start working on a rough sketch once a payment has been made. (half or the full price depending on your payment plan)
The sketch will be sent for approval, if you want.
The line art and coloring process starts.
The piece will be sent again for feedback. This is your final chance to ask for reasonable adjustments. The adjusted file gets shared again (max. 3 times) until approval.
The final file will be sent to the commissioner's provided email or through Direct Message of choice (twitter/discord)
